TM Engineering XT1000 Auto Pulveriser
This pulveriser operates continuously by simply refilling loading cups and removing ground samples. It connects to your ventilation system for dust extraction and has a rugged reinforced steel frame construction. The sound dampening insulation minimises noise output (80 decibals maximum) and has an easy to operate LCD display terminal and full fail safe systems incorporated to ensure machine shutdown in the event of a system failure.
Samples to be ground are poured in the loading cup, are ground and exit at the 24 station sample receiving table which caters for cups but bag style is also available upon request and receiving table can be customised to fit the sample bags you use.
The machine weighs 1140kgs and comes in 3 phase/60 cycle, 1.5Hp motor as standard. 1 phase and / or 50 cycle motor available. These options need to be specified at time of ordering. The air control is 100psi 14cfm and dust extraction is 1200cfm.
