
Ross began his career in NZ at the Geological Survey and has performed many varied research, teaching and management roles throughout his long career with prestigious organisations such as ANU.
He has been with Sietronics since 1986 as managing director but has recently semi retired and concentrates on the Sietronics lab and some sales.

Luis was born in Brazil, and lived in Canada before moving to Australia in the early 1990’s. He has an honours degree in Electrical Engineering from Uni Queensland, and worked in various engineering, sales, project and engineering management and strategic planning roles in Australia and Canada.
He joined Sietronics in 2007 and oversees all day-to-day operations of the company.
Greg has many years experience in both sales and service, and has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of XRF and sample prepartation equipment.

Washington has a BAppSci Chem and an MAppSci Chem from Monash Uni, and a PhD in 2006 from Qld Uni of Technology and has worked extensively in many areas of research.
He joined Sietronics in July of 2010 as our state sales manager for Qld and north NSW. His analytical expertise with SEM/EDX will add new dimensions to the skills Sietronics can provide to it's customers.

Terrence was born in Sri Lanka where he received a degree in Engineering before moving to Australia. He has a wide range of experience, from project coordination manager through to engineering, university instructor and sales.
Terrence began with Sietronics in February 2004 as the service manager back when we serviced large xrd / xrf instruments. His engineering background in the role helped enormously. When the service department closed he moved to sales specialising in Siroquant and oil analysis products.

Sharon has a PhD from Flinders University in the area of Solid State Chemistry and has worked for many years in the areas of XRD & XRF analysis both in the higher eduation sector (Director of the Advanced Analytical Centre at JCU) and more recently as the X-ray analytical specialist for Inspectorate.
She joined Sietronics in November 2010 as an XRF/XRD specialist enhancing Sietronics' existing team in providing a service for X-ray analytical work that can not only draw on many years experience but also provide fast and accurate analyses.

Tim completed a Diploma of Environmental Science in 2004 from the Canberra Institute of Technology and has now completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Geology and Earth & Environmental Science with ANU.
He joined Sietronics in January 2005 as a sales rep but heavily involved in the Sietronics lab using XRD and XRF and now combined with his geology and earth sciences education provides a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to help assist customers in these areas.
Ruth has been involved with the sample preparation and operation of Sietronic's lab equipment for many years, she has also done some interpretation and reporting of XRD scans. Her other duties are in relation to the admin functions and some maintenance of equipment. Her background is in gemology so she fits in well with the labwork.

Maureen was born in Texas in the USA and moved with her family to Australia in her teens. She completed a BA at Canberra Uni and worked for the federal government for many years before receiving a degree in Financial Management and a Masters in Accounting.
Maureen joined Sietronics in September of 2003 as a semi retired financial controller wanting some part time employment and has been with us ever since.
Marissa has joined team to help with all aspects of keeping the office running smoothly and without hicups!
