TM Engineering STLX Pulveriser

The STLX Pulveriser has a manual self adjusting clamp to maintain sealing pressure to prevent sample loss during grinding and the rugged stainless steel frame has been wheelabrated, primed and painted with a full enclosure cabinet including sound dampening lining.

The lift up door is made of lightweight aluminium and the heavy duty long lasting motor has been proven by years of service. It weighs 217kg and comes in 3 phase/60 cycle, 1Hp motor as standard. 1 phase and / or 50 cycle motor available. These options need to be specified at time of ordering. The panel with electronic timer can be mounted on either side.

Accessories include a triple head adapter plate which modifies the machine to allow you to grind 3 separate samples of 10-50grams simultaneously.

TM Engineering TM/G1500 Pulveriser

This machine provides the automatic clamping option with grinding barrel sizes from 50ml to 500ml. It will also grind 1kg to 1.5kg samples but for these quantities the Max 2 Pulveriser is recommended and is much more efficient.

It weighs 240kg and comes in 3 phase/60 cycle, 1Hp motor as standard. 1 phase and / or 50 cycle motor available. These options need to be specified at time of ordering. The panel with electronic timer can be mounted on either side.

Optional extras include an air hoist for inserting and removing grinding barrels which elimates operator fatigue and is mountable on either side.

TM Engineering TM Max 2 Pulveriser

This machine will accept all grinding barrels from 50gm to 2000gm and has a larger pneumatic clamping system and a lightweight aluminium lift door. The motor is made to perform in extreme conditions and the sound dampening enclosure has a new modular frame.

The frame is ergonomically shaped for operator posture when inspecting the working area with the machine an an optional air hoist is available to elimate the operator's effort from lifting the barrels by hand. It also has leveling feet for easy height adjustment. It weighs 240kg and comes in 3 phase/60 cycle, 5Hp motor as standard. 1 phase and / or 50 cycle motor available. These options need to be specified at time of ordering. The panel with electronic timer can be mounted on either side.

Patented grinding barrels are available in 1 and 2kg sizes.

TM Engineering 4kg Multiple Head Pulveriser

This machine has lightweight aluminium lift doors on both sides for unrestricted access to grinding barrels and automatic air clamp and electronic timer for adjustable grinding cycles.

You can operate this machine with 1 x 4kg grinding barrel, 4 x 250ml grinding barrels or 2 x 1kg grinding barrels and an air hoist for removing or inserting 4 kg barrel is optional and can be mounted on either side.

The rugged stainless steel cabinet has sound dampening enclosure and the heavy duty long lasting motor has been proven by years of service.

It weighs 375kg and comes in 3 phase/60 cycle, 1.5Hp motor as standard. 1 phase and / or 50 cycle motor available. These options need to be specified at time of ordering. All grinding barrels are sold separately.

TM Engineering 4x1000 Multiple Head Pulveriser

This machine is designed to grind 4 x 1000ml grinding barrels at the same time but smaller barrels can also be used. It has double door access to grinding barrels for faster removal and adding an air hoist eliminates tiring from lifting the larger barrels by hand, installing two allows two operators to load and unload more efficiently. It comes with a pneumatic clamping system and is designed to grind 4 x 1000ml samples simultaneously down to analytical fineness in minutes.
