The CPA 4 Graviopt combines the advantages of photo-optical size analysis and gravimetrical measurement. The material to be analysed is conveyed by a Haver EMZ vibratory feeder and classified by a Haver DMS purpose built screening machine whereby the cut point is freely selectable. The sieve overflow is analysed photo-optically and discharged to a rotating hopper scale for the gravimetrical measurement. The mass fraction of the sieve underflow will be determined directly by a second rotating hopper scale.
The CPA software evaluates and combines the total distribution of the sample with the information from the photo-optical and gravimetrical measurements, the result is a complete sieve curve from very fine to the coursest material. The CPA 4 Graviopt measures materials up to 50mm grain size. For more information, download the Haver & Boecker CPA 4 Graviopt PDF.

The CPA 5 Graviopt combines the advantages of photo-optical size analysis and gravimetrical measurement. The material to be analysed will be classified by a purpose built Haver sieving machine up stream of the CPA thus allowing the user to choose a cut point for fine materials that is part of the product mix. The sieve overflow is analysed photo-optically by a CPA unit and discharged from the CPA to a scale for the gravimetrical measurement. The mass fraction of the sieve underflow will be determined directly by a second scale.
The CPA software evaluates and combines the total distribution of the sample with the information from the photo-optical and gravimetrical measurements, the result is a complete sieve curve from very fine to the coursest material. The CPA 5 Graviopt allow the user to measure material from 0 up to 200mm with the same instrument. For more information, download the Haver & Boecker CPA 5 Graviopt PDF.

The CPA 4 Container is the plug in and play online solution integrating CPA technology into existing or "on the drawing board" facilities. The container will be delivered ready to go, requiring only electrical connection to your power grid and hooked up to compressed air, if necessary. A modern profibus connection will provide communication between the CPA and your PLC system.
At the material in and out flow openings, a sample or the complete material flow will reach the container for measuring and leave the container after measuring.
Different environmental conditions demand a flexible configuration of the container, for example, air conditioning, heating, suction devices, etc may be required. Your containerised system can be built around your specific requirements. For more information, download the Haver & Boecker CPA 4 Container PDF.
