The photo-optical analysis of longish and high aspect ratio materials eg: catalysts, presents a unique challenge of achieving particle separation at the time of measurement whilst avoiding incorrect results of size and shape analysis. The CPA 2 Conveyor has been designed and engineered to measure samples from 37µm grain size.

The CPA 2 Conveyor can also be utilised as a particle counting device and it's versatility enables it to be utilised in the lab or integrated into a production process with virtually no modification because of the built in serial interfaces. Haver CPA 4 Conveyor

The challenge is to achieve particle separation at the time of measurement whilst avoiding incorrect results of size and shape analysis. The CPA 4 Conveyor has been designed to address these challenges.

The CPA 4 Conveyor is suitable for particle analysis up to 200mm and can be utilised as a particle counting device. It can be utilised in the lab or integrated into a production process with virtually no modification because of the built in serial interfaces. Haver CPA 5 Conveyor

As a member of the CPA instruments the CPA 5 Conveyor works with the same measuringtechnlogy as the other members of the CPA family. By utilising the customer's constant speed conveyor belt to deliver the process materials, the CPA 5 Conveyor can analyse the entire process stream as it falls from the end of the conveyor belt. It can also be utilised as a particle counting device and grain size measurements start at 50mm.

The mounting frame for the CPA 5 Conveyor imaging system is very flexible and can be engineered to adapt to most customer requirements.
