TM Engineering Drying Ovens

The TM Engineering drying ovens come with side swinging or top sliding doors and removable trays, permanent shelves or drive in carts to suit your particular needs.

They are available in a range of sizes from 609.6mm x 609.6mm x 609.6mm up to 2438.4mm x 1828.8mm x 2133.6mm inside dimensions L x W x H and larger ovens can be manufactured upon customers specifications.

Power is 3 phase 60 cycle air ventilation motors as standard and 1 phase and / or 50 cycle motors are available and should be requested at time of ordering.

Thermoline Dehydrators for Volatile Materials

Designed by Thermoline engineers to comply with Australian standards, these special dehydrating ovens are to be used with volatile materials such as in bitumen manufacturing, paint drying, varnishing, or other volatile materials where explosion proof is not necessary. Built to Australian Standard AS1681-2002, our TD-series-AS1681 dehydrators makes for a safe work place.

Thermoline Forced Convection Ovens

Digital Fuzzy Control laboratory ovens with innovative on door interface. These ovens are suitable for drying, baking, conditioning and pre-heating samples. Forced air convection ensures maximum temperature uniformity. LCD display with jog shuttle for easy temperature adjustments. 105 litre and 155 litre models feature a triple strength glass window which allows the user to view inside the chamber without having to open the door. This prevents temperature loss and protects the user from high temperatures. Internal chamber is of stainless steel and the external of the cabinet is attractive powder coated steel. Two chrome plated steel shelves supplied. Over temperature protection, over current protection and sensor error detector ensures user safety.

These high temperature digital laboratory ovens are suitable for applications where temperatures up to 350°C are required. They are ideal for high baking, drying, conditioning and sterilising. All models have a microprocessor PID controller which ensures accurate temperature control. Touch type keypad provides easy control of temperature, timer adjustments and alarms.
