AS-3000 Series Automated pH Analyzers

The automated AS-3000 analysers provide consistent results and eliminates inherent operator errors which are unavoidable doing pH & EC’s manually. Each sample is consistently handled in exactly the same manner. It will only record results according to programmable settings.

CS-2000 series Carbon & Sulphur Analysers

The LabFit automated carbon and dual range sulphur analysers are suitable for coal, coke, oil, cement, catalyst, mineral ores, soils and plants. The simplified cabinet layout provides easy access to mechanical parts such as the pressure gauges, regulators, flow meters, flow controller and the vacuum pump and the automatic sample loader is easy to maintain.

Reliability is inbuilt due to the use of only 3 PCB boards reducing the likelihood of electronic faults and the robust mechanical design results in more reliable operation with a simplified flow system which reduces blockages and a proven reliable vertical combustion system.

TGA-4000 Robotic Thermogravimetric Analyser

The top of the line in thermogravimetric analysers or TGA, is the TGA-4000. It offers a cost effective method of doing Loss on Ignition (LOI) on materials such as Iron Ore, Bauxites and other Mineral Ores with minimal operator involvement. The system is designed to provide high throughput TGA results with a capacity to analyze over 1,200 samples in a 24 hour period.

The self contained robotic cell consists of a robot, drying cabinet, carousel loading cabinet, four furnaces and a crucible cooling station and is designed to perform loss on ignition using different temperatures to achieve a 4 point LOI. The furnaces can be programmed to operate at temperatures between 100 and 1000°C and are permanently kept at the programmed temperature.

The Robot performs all the tasks usually undertaken by operators such as loading and unloading the Carousels.

The TGA-4000 is programmed to maximise sample throughput by ensuring that all ovens are fully utilized. For safety reasons the robot cell is fully enclosed. The entire system is PC driven and has the ability to import and export data to and from most LIMS Systems. It has a powerful and intuitive user interface that allows the operator to perform all functions of the analysis.
