TM Engineering Terminator Jaw Crusher

TM Engineering Terminator Jaw Crusher

The Terminator Jaw Crusher is the ultimate machine. If you find any machine that grinds to the finesses it achieves, let us know. New opening adjustment on one side only is fool proof and achievable with only two screws. Customers' feedback and experience gave us the means to change crushing drive components to the point where this machine will outlast previous models and comparable competitors machines for a long time.

TM's new crusher machine allows for the finest media obtainable with a jaw crusher of a similar size with quicker and simpler adjustment of jaws. More crushing and extra heavy-duty with less maintenance due to improved design of crushing components. Automatic lubrication standard enables worry-free operation and is economically priced in relation to performance. Maintenance kits and tools for on-site repairs are available also.

Jaws are either smooth or serrated and are compatible with Rhino Jaw Crushers. The following are the types of jaws available:

TypeDescription
Alloy 1Chrome/Molybdenum steel hardened to RC60
Alloy 2Chrome steel hardened to RC60
Carbon SteelHardened to RC57-RC60 steel (the least alloyed steel = the least contaminating)
ManganeseWork hardening steel
Tungsten CarbideExtremely hard: RC69 and up. The hardest, the least wearing, therefore the longest lasting

TM Engineering Reduction Cone Crusher

TM Engineering Reduction Cone Crusher

The Reduction Cone Crusher grinds 19mm feed to -10 mesh and grinding finenesses can be precisely calibrated by easily rotating the adjusting ring. Custom cones are available in materials to suit specific applications.

It weighs 273kg and comes with a 3 phase 60 cycle 3hp motor as standard. A 1 phase and / or 50 cycle motor is available also and must be specified at time of ordering. It has rugged, fabricated cast steel construction with reinforced joints and internal welds and joints ground and polished. The funnel can be easily removed by simply rotating and lifting up.

There are 3 models available:

TypeDescription
Model CC #1Cone and Mantel Alloy-1 fully hardened to Rockwell 60
Model CC #2Cone and Mantel Alloy-2 fully hardened to Rockwell 60
Model CCMSCone and Mantel Mild Steel case hardened 4mm to Rockwell 60

Accessories include

TM Engineering Rolls Crusher

TM Engineering Rolls Crusher

The Rolls Crusher will reduce the bulk or media to a fineness less than -20 mesh and smaller from original sizes up to 19mm maximum. This applies to 355mm rolls with the closest setting.

It has a patent pending feeding hopper for even distribution of media on full surface of rolls to create uniform surface wear. Dust created by grinding samples can be completely eliminated via two dust extraction ports. Rollers are adjustable to 2.54mm and access to drive components for maintenance and inspection is quick and easy via removable panels.

The machine is fully enclosed for a safe and dust free working environment, rolls are powered by individual motors and it has an output capacity of 1814kg per hour.

The machine weighs 455kgs and has 2 motors, 3 phase 60 cycle standard. 1 phase and / or 50 cycle motors are available. Type must be specified at time of ordering and horsepower will vary depending on size of rollers.

Various models are avaiable based on diameter and face width.

TM Engineering Rolls Crusher over Rotary Sample Splitter

TM Engineering Rolls Crusher over Rotary Sample Splitter

This machine is a combination of crushing and splitting. Its simultaneous operation speeds up the process by automatically splitting the sample as it is ground. By removing the dividing buckets, the media can fall down into a reject container or onto a conveyor belt (not shown) to be disposed.

The feed conveyor and the drawer carousel rotating speed can both be fine tuned through the supplied variable speed controls. This permits the user to make the infinite adjustments required to obtain the desired sample.

TM Engineering Jaw Crusher over Rotary Sample Splitter

TM Engineering Jaw Crusher over Rotary Sample Splitter

A unit that combines crushing and splitting into one operation. Handling is reduced and more samples can be produced. No concern for human error or improperly applied procedures is needed. Is available with single (as shown) or dual sample drawers, or as many as you require.

The feed conveyor and the drawer carousel rotating speed can both be fine tuned through the supplied variable speed controls. This permits the user to make the infinite adjustments required to obtain the desired (mass) sample.

Dust enclosure (not shown) is recommended for this system.

Glen Creston Roll Crusher

Glen Creston Roll Crusher

The Roll Crusher is a rugged slow-running machine used for pre-crushing lumpy material prior to further immediate processing or finer grinding. End particle sizes range from “walnut” to “hazelnut” dimensions, although output and the degree of fineness depends on the material being crushed. Friable materials, for example, are reduced to a much smaller size. The de-lumping feature greatly enhances flow of materials between processes. The Roll Crusher is designed to produce little or no dust and has an anti-blockage feature, i.e. the rotating shaft automatically reverses its direction, temporarily, to free blocked material.

The Single Roll Crusher can process up to 10 tonne per hour. A Double or Multiple Roll Crusher is required where larger material lumps are to be reduced. This option has a greater “live-bed” crushing area. The Double or Multiple Roll Crusher is fitted with two or more roller shafts running at differential speeds. The shafts can be specified to run either inwardly or outwardly.

Options

Applications abound in the chemical, food, pigments, pharmaceutical, coal and agrochemical industries. The Roll Crusher is ideal for the de-agglomeration of material from sacks or silos and for granulating coarse, lumpy, caked or compacted material.

Samples arriving in the laboratory often require pre breaking before they can be processed in secondary fine grinding mills; the Laboratory Jaw Crusher is ideally suited for this operation. This rugged unit is capable of crushing the most tenacious of materials such as concrete, glass, granite, limestone, ores, quartz, slag and stones.

Normally floor standing units, the Jaw Crushers come as standard with a sample collection tray, they can also be mounted on a frame to accommodate larger containers or fitted into a small pilot plant scheme. The standard units are supplied with cast manganese steel jaws and stainless steel lateral wear plates.
